International delivery is available!
Please note that due to recent changes in international trade regulations, customers in the EU may be required to pay import duties and VAT upon arrival of your order from outside the EU, which is the responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by your local customs authority and are not included in the price of your order at checkout.
Please note if you are a UK resident, orders should arrive within 3-5 working days after they’re dispatched. International orders can take up to 14-21 working days to arrive after they’re dispatched. These are just estimates and delivery may take longer. You should receive a tracking number. If you believe there to be a delay on your order, please do not to hesitate to contact us.
General products such as cards & prints are estimated to dispatch from my studio within 10 days after your purchase date. Commissions and Paintings may take longer due to the nature of the product this will be listed in product descriptions and/ or invoices. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email, and it is then over to the couriers to deliver your items safe and sound.
Returns
All items are handmade to order and sent with love and care, so returns are not accepted.
If your order is delayed, lost or has arrived damaged or incorrect, please do not hesitate to contact the studio and we can come to solution.
Returns are only accepted with a legitimate reason (damaged or incorrect items) within 14 days of the order being delivered. If the studio accepts the return, the cost of the return will need to be covered by you. Refunds will be issued only if the returned item is received in its original condition and within the 14-day return window.

Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.
